Fantastic location and great communication with the host on any questions about the apartment or general city. .

The apartment is awesome! Communication with the host, Valentina, was flawless. She arranged transportation from the train station. The location is perfect - away from the crowds but very easy access to everything; mostly everything is within walking distance, and Ubers are there within minutes. We were met by staff, who gave us detailed information. The apartment is so tastefully decorated and modern. It is impeccably clean and everything you may need for your stay is provided. The air conditioning works very well. There is a washer and dryer that works well and came in very handy. The beds were comfortable. The showers were great (rain shower hand held). There was ample room for our family of 5 (parents and 3 young adults). Only downside (can’t be helped): no elevator I recommend this apartment highly and would definitely stay again!

Perfect location. Relativelely quiet outside. Clean apartment with 3 bathrooms, spacious for a European city center too. Dominico and Valentina were terrific.

I have rented many apartments in Florence and by far this unit is the best one we’ve ever had. it was in pristine condition all kitchen, utensils, pans, dishes were all new. We were arriving late and requested some whole milk. To Be there for a morning coffee and not only was there milk. There were cookies and biscuits . Location was amazing and the owners were very gracious and helpful. I would recommend if you’re going to Florence. This is the place to stay.
