we arrived early and was kindly allowed to check in a couple of hours before the check in time. We met the cleaner on arrival who was very nice and friendly. Check in is really easy, although be aware you must fill in an online form with photos of passports and selfies holding the passport, this is a legal requirement for Florence, but once done you receive a code to get in. The apartment is great, nice and spacious, clean and a brilliant location, just a short walk from the river, Duomo and old town which was handy as we was with my wife's elderly mother who couldn't walk far so this was ideal. I accidently broke a bedroom lamp but the apartment was very good about it. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend.

Only minor points. There isn't a proper kettle which some of our party would have liked and the 2x small beds were a little uncomfortable but that is it.
