The Heartland Business Hotel

Location was close to Trivandrum Central Railway station. Good eateries / Cinemas nearby. Large room with excellent bed and linen. Well-appointed and renovated tastefully room with good lighting. Good water supply in bathroom. Great, tasty breakfast in a clean hall. Staff were professional and courteous.

Bath area could be shielded.

The rooms have a lot of potential and they are modern.

It’s very sad that nobody take care a lot about the rooms. It was not very clean in my first room. Hairs in the shower and dirty tieles on the wall, mirror not clean, bed sheats also not clean. After reclamation they said they will change the room. I was in hurry with some family memebers so I couldn’t do directly. When I came back they said the room is cleaned I should control it. When I went up the room door was open for everyone and all my personal stuff was inside. I called reception and the lady came up. When I told her that it is unacceptable that I find my room with open door, no reaction. She wanted to give me the room on the other side, but also this one was dirty. Than she went to take the key for a room in a other floor, and I good a double bed room wich was ok, but I couldn’t lock the room because it was broken and also the door chain was broken. When I took shower like in the other room no hot water. There are some young lady’s working wich try there best and wich are very friendly, but the a bit older one was not very service orientated behaving person. That’s really sad because the hotel could be a great place. The rooms are modern and the beds are comfortable.
