Ideal place to stay either for work or a holiday

Residency Tower is ideally located for easy access to any part of the city. The staff are very friendly warm and helpful The rooms are spacious and clean The breakfast is sumptuous

Amazing friendly and helpful staffed hotel. Room is spacious and clean.

Spacious room and two lovely restaurants and a pool. The staff is very welcoming and charming. I enjoyed the stay, extended two nights.

WiFi isn’t that great.

Nothing much

Reception staff was not that polite. All the people working there looks like they are not happy with their job always having a grim face.

Had to survive due to work

There was a cockroach in the safe, leakage in AC and no other facilities

Stay was good despite average quality breakfast

Near to government offices,friendly staff

Breakfast was not very good.. coffee was not warm. Traditional breakfast dishes like doss was not prepared well . There were no smaller towels.

Superb

Overall it was a nice stay. Breakfast was good. Staffs were good .

Only one thing to comment is the WiFi in the room, the signal was very weak and keep on disconnecting.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for two nights

Convenient location, clean rooms and bathroom, courteous staff and delicious food

The AC vent in the triple occupancy suite was blowing directly into our face causing some discomfort.

Nice & neat Hotel with friendly staff. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast can be improved to suit western tastes.

Okay not wow.

the Lobby and reception staff

breakfast is disappointing and cleanliness of the floors were average in the rooms. No hot water during the morning period.

Somehow Satisfactory only

Lobby setup was mind blowing. A trash bin in the lifts did amaze me and it’s a good initiative.

The staffs were not that helpful only the security and bell service was good. Room floors were sticky and morning time there is no hot water in shower.
