We enjoyed a 3 week stay with family. The amenities of the house were wonderful! Thank you to thebowners and host for thinking of everything a rebter could need. The beach was also a bonus. 5 minute walk or drive to a completely private beach for which we were provided with a wagon to haul 4 beach umbrellas and 4 chairs. The beach is a bit rough for swimming but perfect for playing the sand and walking the shore line. Jorge, the host, was very attentive when needed. The location of the property, close to San Jose was ideal for us. We definitely book this home again. Parents of toddlers beware; the garden is landscaped with cactus and Agave, lots of thorns! We did fine with our 16 month old but thought folks might like to know. Also because we had a little guy, we were able to rent a baby gate, pack n play, and high chair thanks to Jorge's help.

5! The home is clean and well appointed in a safe neighborhood. Lots of different seating areas with a quick drive to the private beach with lots of parking. We really appreciated the well stocked home from the showers to the kitchen to the beach amenities(beach chairs and umbrella) Also Jorge was a wonderful host!! My husband and I rented this home after doing much searching. My daughter and her husband plus three grandchildren also stayed with us. So, we had four adults and three children and the house was perfect. The manager, Jorge, answered all my questions very promptly before my trip and anytime I had a question while we were there and always available and so pleasant! The location of the house is stunning. You see a private bay and can walk to the private beach in about 10 minutes. Plus, there is a parking lot nearby if you load up the car with chairs, umbrellas and other beach toys. The house has 4 beach chairs and 4 umbrellas for the beach plus some sand toys for the kids. The large grocery stores are all nearby and easy to get to. One is just two minute drive. The Town Center is about a 15 minute drive. There are several restaurants to go to in town too that are very good. We did a dolphin tour for the kids and they loved it and went to several other local beaches nearby and these were stunning. We had a whale show from the backyard all the time as we were there in March! Amazing! The pool and grill area were just wonderful. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need. Some rentals do not have much, but this home was equipped well. I highly recommend this home and you will not be disappointed.
