Free parking, chippy nearby, genuine self contained room will all facilities and private bathroom. Helpful hosts.
Terribly squeaky floorboards that must have been more annoying to other guests than it was me.

The building was quiet, the area was nice. Room was clean. Had a fridge and a blind, which was good in the hot weather. Close the amazing golden pheonix
Checkin was a bit onerous.

Location was good
There was dust all over, The check out time was too early (10am) and the neighbours were banging the doors at late night and early morning, that was really disturbing.
Overall it was a nice place to stay!!!
