The location is next to the temple that was a great location

Nice and clean environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food. They gave me the room 3 hours before the check in time which was really great as we were tired after 2 hours drive from the airport. Everything was excellent.

I liked the convenient location, cleanliness, friendly staff, good food, secure environment, and convenient parking facilities.
There was nothing significant that I disliked during my stay.

The room and facilities inside the room. The hotel reception and the Manager. Manager was extremely courteous and accommodating.
The restaurant. Absolutely the bad patch of the property. Breakfast was never ready on time. Dosa / Idly were served only with sambar and without chutney. Many items which were shown on the table were not available. The staffs handling needs training on F&B and hospitality in general. Nothing seems to be right with regard to the restaurant and recommend having meals from outside.
