The little extras - the lovely staff, the icy poles for free, the tea station, the bikes

The staff members were very friendly and responsive to requests. Sara, especially, was exceptional from the very beginning to the end. When I came to the counter for a towel around midnight, I was offered a second one. The selection of free drinks (coffee and assorted tea) was also amazing.
I didn't like the way the room was assigned to me. I had selected a single-bed room and was expecting a single bed, but on arrival, I was given a room with 2 bunks. I was shocked.

Loved our stay here. We had the family look and it was perfect, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and courteous from front desk to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Room is spacious, good location and staff is very friendly, helpful and patient with the kids
Breakfast is good
The room was very dusty… underneath the bed was all dust… hangers are dusty too
Stayed there for 3 nights, breakfast spread is the same for all 3 days.
