They went out of their way to accomodate a package of cords and adapter my partner left at our previous hotel and sending it on when it arrived after we left. BTW their facilities were excellent.

Clean and nice to stay. You get water in the room. Amenities are for you to have anytime - including changing your towels.
Weird smell in the hallways, no luggage service and no washing machines. Their solution is to tell you to go the other Kabin hotel nearby…

So clean. Room is beautiful simple design. Comfy beds. Spacious
It is a bit of a walk to get places but it also is not bad at all.

The location
Limited facilities inside the room. We were a family of 5 with three children and the facilities are really limited. No place to hang the towels after the shower for exemple. The beds are Japanese style which is ok fine but the quality of the mattresses was not great. Once the futon bed deployed they were no more space to move for the family.
