De ligging is perfect. Het grote bed is zacht en comfortabel.
Het andere bed was heel hard, deze hebben wij niet gebruikt. Er was weinig servies of bestek in de keuken.

good location, close to Shinjuku, easy to find, easy to get there by foot. everything clean, very quiet neighbourhood
the shower and the kitchen are really smalll. might be that these dimensions are normal in Japan, but for me as a European everything felt really small in this appartment.

Location is pretty good, not far from many stations. Decent value.
Small, beds are on the floor, not enough seating/table space.

Great location being so close to shinjuku yet far enough away from the noise and hussle of central shinjuku, reasonably sized room with a big fridge.
the sofa bed was INCREDIBLY uncomfortable, we had to take turns on who would have to sleep on it, the sofa bed being open also meant there was like no floor space in the apartment, there was mould in the air conditioner and in the shower room, the extraction fan in the shower was broken and insanely loud and disruptive and would shake the whole room so it was un-useable.
