Check in was super easy, I was kinda scared cause the reviews on booking are quite bad… I can’t approve it, it was very clean, no smell, shower nicer shampoo, body soap everything (like everywhere in Japan), good communication as I couldn’t read my WiFi password at the door, I texted them over booking, they answered immediately. ofc the “bed” is not really a bed but it’s a guest bed which is standard like this in Japan, you need to be aware of it.
would be more comfortable with an actual bed.

Very nice location. Confortable bed for japanese standards.
Lack of sitting area made you spend your in home time on the bed. Inconvenient for western travellers.

I like the accessibility of the area, restaurants, foods, dept store even a net cafe (personal refference).
The facility is also great
