Friendliness of welcome of reception staff. That it had a gym and it was easy to park. Room was an excellent size and really nice.
Menu was slightly limited especially for vegetarians and those who do not eat fish.

Location was excellent as we came to attend a workshop at Murdoch university. Access to parking was key for us as we traveled from Geraldton. Proximity to kardinya shopping centre and the fremantle market also makes the location favourable to us. The food at the cafe was excellent and the staff made the experience even more enjoyable.
we had a little period accident which left a patch on the white sheet. we were hoping that it would get change the next day during maintenance but it didn't. it wasn't bad though so we didn't mind it, but thought it would be good to let you know.
