From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was absolute perfection. The check-in process was seamless and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond at every turn to make us feel genuinely valued and cared for. Their warmth, attentiveness, and attention to detail set a whole new standard for hospitality. The room itself was immaculate—spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed provided one of the best night’s sleeps we’ve ever had, and the thoughtfully curated amenities made relaxing effortless. Dining was another major highlight. Breakfast offered a fantastic, fresh selection with high-quality ingredients, and every meal or drink we enjoyed on-site was executed flawlessly. The facilities were top-tier, pristine, and incredibly well-maintained. Every single aspect of our time here exceeded expectations. We couldn't find a single thing to improve upon and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

Notre séjour avait bien commencé, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, nous avons pu deux jours après, c'était correct Les chambres sont belles, et la vue est superbe (je mets une photos ci-joint) Pour le côté "All Inclusive" service jusqu'à 4h du matin (super) mais beaucoup moins bien de 14h30 à 18h30 ou il n'est pas possible de manger grand chose (des crêpes et des glaces....)

Concernant la piscine, c'est un gros point faible, il n'y a clairement pas assez de lits, et aucune solution n'est trouvée si vous n'en trouvez pas, ils font un tour avec vous, constatent, et vous disent de patienter Pour le dernier jour, nous avons réservé un grand lit au milieu de la piscine après avoir patienté une semaine et s'êrre levé tôt pour l'avoir, après une absence de 30 minutes, ils ont retiré nos affaires (alors que parfois les gens s'absentaient + de 2h) et ils n'ont trouvé aucune solution pour nous aider, étant donné que le lit était occupé Leur politique à ce sujet est clairement aléatoire Ma compagne était en pleurs (c'était notre dernier jour), et l'hotesse n'a rien trouvé de mieux à faire que de se moquer d'elle et me regarder avec haine Nous ne mettrons plus jamais les pieds dans cet établissement, ce comportement est inadmissible pour un 5 étoiles Je rappelle que j'ai pris la chambre la plus chère sur une semaine, être traité comme ça est une aberration Je vous joins également une photo depuis le parking de cet hôtel "5 étoiles"
