It was clean and roomy and close to a grocery store and the CBD if you didn’t mind a bit of a walk. The bed was comfy and the water pressure was great. The outdoor balcony area was lovey for afternoon drinks, but could have done with a bit of tidy up.
The only thing was the laundry was downstairs and there were only 2 functioning machines and both were being used by the owners (I think) to wash the sheets and towels. I had to remove their completed laundry to wash our things

This was our first stop of our trip. Nice big place all to ourselves. I liked the quietness of the neighborhood and not to far from downtown

good location
It could have been cleaner. There was dirt on the floor and dust on the furniture. The bathroom ceiling fans need to be cleaned. The refrigerator and microwave need to be cleaned. The washer and dryer need to be cleaned.

Great location in Anchorage for activities and restaurants. Had bear spray to use. Very comfortable bed.Spacious home.
Needed multiple big coffee mugs, fresh sponge and dish soap. Had to clean the kitchen sink before using. Heater would not turn off during a heat advisory in Anchorage. And no window coverings in high windows in master bedroom. With a little help on cabinet doors and cleaning out unneeded junk in cabinets it would not have a shabby factor.
