Excellent location, beautiful property, very safe. The staff at Wonder Homes were kind, quick to respond, and very helpful. Would stay with a Wonder Homes property again.

Communication from the host was good.Property was in a great location and ideal for our needs. The property was suberb from the comfy beds to well equipped kitchen

Property was as pictured. Used the oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. All worked fine. We needed a pizza cutter, which was not provided. The freezer is VERY skinny and we had to remove shelves in order to get our frozen pizzas in there. Hot water did not work in the master bathroom. The handle does not go over to the hot side. We only got lukewarm water in that shower and in the sink even after letting it run for 15 minutes (as instructed). The water temperature in the other full bath and 1/2 bath was great. The handheld shower in the other full bath did not work. Great communication in reporting these concerns. They sent someone out but both times it didn't get fixed. The paper states they don't provide wash cloths for sanitary reasons, which is weird to me. What is the difference between the towels/hand towels and wash cloths? The paper also instructs you to take out your garbage and dispose of it in the community dumpsters. We drove all around the area and were unable to locate these dumpsters. Through e-mails/texts, we were finally asked to just leave it on the bench on the porch, which we did. We went to look at the pool and that area was nice, but small. There were no chairs available. The property met our needs and I would stay there again.

The unit was clean and generally as described. The queen bed is broken and slants drastically to one side. I was the only one in the bed so was able to sleep on the side that didn’t slant but don’t plan on haveonf 2 people in that bed. Had one issue with cleanliness on the same queen bed. They came and changed the linens but it was not quick. They responded to messages only during business hours amd took 2 days to get the new linens. We were unable to get the tv to work in the family room. All the stations indicated no signal. This could have been operator error but we tried the things they suggested and still was unsuccessful. Overall the unit was nice and I would probably go back but only if they verified the bed was fixed.
