The room is air-conditioned and clean enough
The elevator is old and they said to not use it, I have to walk to the second floor

The place was very easy to reach just walking distance both from metro and train terminal (Roma Termini), and the staff was really helpful with everything, the place is also walking distance to great restaurants and local sightseeing. Would recommend totally.

Nothing , I think all good

It’s very close to the train station
The rooms have no ventilation and I think is a health concern when one of the guests is ill as was the case. Someone from the staff slept in the room and they talked on the phone for one hour. At midnight. When I was already trying to sleep. They offer luggage storage for a fee but There was no one there in the morning to leave it with. It’s cheap and near the station but there is sacrifice in comfort.
