The few staff I met, the quietness, A/C, cleanliness.
I thought it was a hotel. It was eight rooms on the fourth floor of a building. I was stressed because I have had trouble in other countries trying to access air b and bs in the same situation.

Location
Price was a bit high for what it was. It was more an Airbnb not a hotel.

Perfect location for a one night stay to visit the Vatican museums and St. Peter’s. 15 mins walking distance.
The small elevator can be a challenge to navigate with lots of luggage.

The room & washroom were very clean, and they clean regularly.
The quality of the bed, windows and other furnishings are top notch.
Perfect for siestas and winding down.
The old Ferrari elevator! The neighbours should really change it! It made me very uneasy, especially the thought of getting stuck inside when temperature is hot.
