Don’t be discouraged by the looks of the main entrance hall: the apartment is freshly refurbished and very comfortable. There is an elevator, which was particularly useful with heavy luggage. Kitchenette is well equipped. Spacious shower with good water pressure. Aircon works nicely. Close to the beach, supermarkets and station (the beach is paid though; in July 2026 public beach was under construction since April 2024). Also bear in mind that there is a tiny slice of beach in Salerno itself, so Salerno Torrione is way better for beach holiday. The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a balcony with partial sea view, but at the time of our stay there was scaffolding. I bet without scaffolding it is amazing (but more expensive).

To make it 5 star comfort the sofa bed could be firmer and taller. And the small shower head should be replaced: most of the water is running in between the head and the hose.

Dosyć daleko od portu i centrum jeżeli chodzi się pieszo. W samym mieszkaniu przyczepiłabym się tylko do klimy - bez względu na ustawienie ciągle wiało mi po głowie co było niekomfortowe dla mnie bo bałam się że uszy mi przewieje. Ale co kto lubi 😊

The Hosts are great and will go out of their way to take care of all your needs. The smaller 1 room APT is OK for a short stay with a max 2 guests but best for 1, otherwise better to stay in the larger 2 room APT. The location is close to everything. Grazie Allessandra e Fabio per tutto!

It will be quieter when the building construction is finished but do not know how soon and the nearest beach was closed for construction work so you may have to walk a little further to find an open beach. Also, occasional noise from the neighbors above and the hot water supply in the smaller 1 room APT is just enough to take 1 hot shower so must use it wisely!
