• Excellent location: just a few steps from a beautiful sandy beach • Bakery directly under the apartment • Bus stop right next to the building • Very fast and stable internet • Spacious and nicely decorated interior • Clean and modern feel

• No air conditioning in the living room — the temperature stayed around 30°C even with the bedroom AC on all day • No trash bin in the bathroom • Mattress in the bedroom was too firm for my taste • No TV in the living room (only in the bedroom) • Chairs are uncomfortable for long sitting • Window shutters (blinds) do not work • No mosquito nets (except in the bathroom, where the net is damaged) • No coffee machine • The oven doesn’t work (mentioned in the listing, but still a minus) • Bathroom lighting is too dim

In general, a nice apartment. It is located close to the sea and public transport. Good repair.

The floor in the apartment was poorly cleaned. The shower drain was clogged. The apartment is located in the same common room with other similar apartments. The front door to the apartment is sliding and has no sound insulation, being in the common corridor you can clearly hear what is being said in the apartment.
