Riad Al Uzza absolutely blew us away; while we got a bit lost trying to find the apartment (Google Maps is accurate right to the doorstep), the front door revealed a hidden oasis hidden within Marrakech's Medina. All of the staff members were extremely warm, and Hamza was superb with recommendations. We had to depart before the scheduled breakfast, but Hamza prepared us food to take with us, and even gifted us a bottle of hand soap after we commented on how nice it was. The other staff present were also very helpful. The plunge pool and rooftop were both an added bonus. We'd love to visit again sometime!

A beautiful oasis in the middle of the medina. Everything is taken care of my the wonderful staff, who go above and beyond for you.

The staff member who served breakfast was lovely and the breakfast food was delicious and plentiful. The reception staff were a bit basic. The location is great.
The reception staff provided the most basic service. We stayed in 2 riads during our visit and this one was not as clean and the beds were older. The pool water in the courtyard was a bit murky and as it’s in the courtyard, it’s not as private as pools that are on the roof.
