They were kind enough to give my senior parents room as soon as they arrived. The breakfast buffet waa good. Many areas to swim. Staff are helpful and warm

The roof top pool and bar are awesome, go for the happy hour, the hotel is right on the beach and close enough to walk to the city to enjoy both worlds. Staff was very considerate and nice and even escorted us every morning at the buffet after we mentioned food allergies (without us needing to request or mention it)
Room had some sand on the floor and we had to ask them to clean again, the entrance to the hotel is through a street that is not so comfortable. Notice that poolside rooms are facing each other and the main pool

Great location, beautiful pools, and very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
I wish there were more Filipino food options at the breakfast buffet instead of having so many Korean dishes. It would be great to see more Filipino cuisine featured and promoted, especially for guests visiting the Philippines.
