Everything was perfect

So awesome to not have a LAUNDRY LIST of things to do on checkout when we were leaving so early in the morning.

The location and facility was perfect for us. Very easy to book and great communication from owner. May be staying there again next year!

We loved the location and the condo was a nice size for our family of five. We've stayed in many VRBO units, and this one ranks right in the middle. The best thing about the condo is the location. It is in a gated complex so we felt safe. It's on the top floor so we didn't have to worry about loud neighbors above us. We had easy access to the Rosen Aquatic Center, Universal, and Disney; 15 minutes to the airport and an hour to Cocoa Beach. There are a few things that can make this rental go from good to great: -an instruction booklet - replace the windows, especially the bathroom window as it doesn't close all the way - fix the sliding glass door as it doesn't seal correctly. I checked it multiple times during our stay because the street noise was awfully loud. - need more spoons and cereal bowls - a few mixing bowls would be nice - clean the oven - deep clean the condo, esp the baseboards - ditch the pillows on the couch as they've seen better days All on all, we enjoyed our stay. We're a pretty laid back family and can adapt as long as we can get a good nights sleep. My biggest recommendation to ensure a good sleep in this condo: sleep with a sound machine and the ceiling fan running so you don't hear the street noise.
