KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO- this unit was so dirty and had so many things broken. It started with the beds having hair all over them and looked like someone stepped on the sheets. We went to take the sheets off to wash them ourselves and mattresses all stained with what looks like pee stains. The carpet in the main room is nasty. The walls are all marked up and patched. The doors and wall trim are I filthy. The blinds are broken in multiple rooms. There are 2 windows that are broken and one all the way through both panes- literal hole and the other side wouldn't close. Multiple lights burned out. The sink in the kitchen is broken because the garbage disposal is rusted out and leaks out underneath and covered in mold. The microwave turns on, but will not heat. Drawer front broken and on ground. Tvs had issues and couldnt get to work. If this isn't bad enough...we had 4 towels total and 2 rolls of used toilet paper for both bathrooms and no spares. The beds were awful and sink down on sides. I contacted the host and vrbo right away. She finally got back and sent cleaning lady to change sheets and give some extra towels. The host wouldn't do anything else to help and neither did Vrbo care. They said she said it wasn't bad enough and they agreed because we could still access it. Vrbo offered to credit me 100 for my inconvenience and never actually did. I think people should know what they are renting at that moment.

Great for families, Kichen well equipped, easy in and out. Instructions accurate, excellent amenities! Great location! Close to everything and very safe. Clean linen and toiletries supplies fair. Thank you for hosting us.

The internet was NOT working @ 90% of the time & if it was, it was very slow.
