Location good although steep hill from beach, room sizes good, parking,
All property was tired and in need of refurbishment eg shower sealant needs renewing, kitchen cabinets need re-fitting, various handles loose, fan over hob needs replacing, furniture uncomfortable. Rotary washing line broken and thrown on floor. Shame as this could be lovely. Don’t think it was value for money.
