The location is perfect.
Toilet seat was loose (I imagine this is fixed now). A trickling water sound from the kitchen area revealed the boiler was looking a little distressed. The bed in the master is too small (IMNSHO). The towels provided are tiny! A good size bath towel would be appreciated. Water from the shower pooled on the floor - the panel would be better removed and a curtain installed (IMNSHO). All of that aside it was a canny wee flat and located in a lovely part of town.
