Personale delizioso e disponibile: Ermal number one!

Beautiful location on the hill with breath taking views. Very clean hotel and due to the small number of rooms it was very intimate. Great for a relaxing holiday away from the tourist crowds.

It would have been nice to have a small bar on the rooftop opening for a few hours whilst watching the sunsets. Maybe a coffee machine in the room.

Exceptional views of the sea and sunset over La Rocca. Delicious breakfasts. Professional, friendly and helpful staff at all times, no matter how small a request or question. Loved how the location was away from the crowds of Cefalù and a 5 minute walk from Sant'Ambrogio, a charming Sicilian village plus a short walk to an incredible beach.

Not enough storage space in the room for our 10 night stay. A chest of drawers would have been very helpful.

The staff is very helpful. The ocean views are spectacular. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is adequate. Mattresses are good. The bathroom, especially the shower, was top notch.

It’s misleading to call the hotel beachfront. You need to hike down 145 steps and on old road. The beach is rocky. There are no beach facilities. We drove into town and paid to use a beach club. If you have any mobility issues you will not like this hotel. Our room was not served by an elevator and we carried our luggage up and down two flights. The outdoor spaces are lovely but usually smoke filled. When we asked about the extensive cigarette smoking we were told people can do what they want outside. Even when the smoke was coming directly into our room.
