My stay at Pokhara Alpine and Springs Hotel was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so kind and helpful—the driver, the porter, the reception team, especially Urmila, and the restaurant staff, especially Sandeep and the lovely lady with glasses.
They gave me useful tips, lent me an umbrella when it rained, and stored my luggage. When I had a cold, they brought me vegetarian soup and lemon, ginger and honey tea. I felt so well cared for!
The hotel was very clean, the views were beautiful, and I was even able to choose my room. They also arranged a trip to Sarangkot with a lovely driver who waited for me.
The breakfast buffet was excellent. When I left early in the morning for Ghandruk, the restaurant team packed breakfast and snacks for me to take along.
Thank you all for your warmth and kindness. I would wholeheartedly recommend Alpine Hotel!
My only complaint is that you don’t have a branch in Kathmandu—I would have stayed there too! 😄
