The Location is fantastic. It was very well appointed. It has an incredible bathroom and kitchen and a washer that dries the clothes. Every detail has been thought of. The hosts gave us such thorough info and pointers about Rome. They are so organized and delightful to work with. Pietro carried our luggage up and down for us. Such lovely people!

The only thing we didn’t like was the Murphy bed. My friend said it was very uncomfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Best Nest. It is located perfectly right next to our affiliated church, making it incredibly convenient for our visit to Rome.The apartment was completely renovated and finished this year to a spectacular five-star luxury standard. Even in the middle of summer, the brand-new air conditioning kept the entire place beautifully cool. The owners, Eleonora and Pietro, are the most genuine, beautiful, and heartfelt people. They have put so much love, dedication, and exceptional detail into everything. You can feel it in every corner—from the modern light switches and high-quality coffee machine to the incredibly comfortable beds, beautiful decor, and excellent soundproof windows. Having a combined washer and dryer was also a massive plus.They met us at the property both when we arrived and when we left. They checked in on us during our stay and even provided an itemised list of recommendations on where to go, what to see, and where to eat, which was especially helpful in the hot weather. It felt like they personally knew us and exactly what would interest us. Staying here felt like being with family, yet they gave us complete freedom and space. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Absolutely nothing! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish.

The location was fantastic. Very close to everything you want to see as a tourist. Also close to good restaurants and bars. The property itself was more like a hotel suite than just an apartment. It was really beautifully done. If you had forgotten anything, they probably had it covered. We were met by the owners when we arrived and again when we left. The owners also arranged an early check in for us which was a lovely surprise. They also sent us helpful information ahead of time and during our stay. They could not do enough for us.

The TBN Suite is the best place to stay in Rome! First of all, Eleonora and Pietro are, without a doubt, the best hosts we have ever had. I have never experienced such genuine hospitality before. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. They didn’t just provide us with a beautiful apartment - they also gave us fantastic recommendations on where to eat, what to visit, and many other helpful local tips that made our trip even more special. Before we even arrived, they kindly arranged our transfer from the airport to the apartment. After our flight was delayed for many hours, this was such a relief. They stayed in touch with us throughout our journey, making sure everything was going smoothly and that we wouldn’t get lost. After such a long and exhausting trip, this level of care meant so much to us. The apartment itself is absolutely amazing. It is beautifully decorated, with famous paintings on the walls that give it so much character and elegance. Everything is brand new, spotless, and extremely well-equipped. It has air conditioning, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, and everything else you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The furniture, beds, tables, and shelves are all of excellent quality and incredibly comfortable. It honestly feels as if Eleonora and Pietro designed this apartment for themselves and then generously decided to share it with their guests. Some of the things we loved the most were: * The incredibly quiet doors. This is a huge advantage, especially if you’re a light sleeper. You won’t hear anyone getting up during the night. * The silent toilet flush. It may sound like a small detail, but it’s something we truly appreciated because it doesn’t disturb anyone’s sleep. * Everything in the apartment is brand new and maintained to the highest standard. * The excellent air conditioning.
