Villa had 2 rooftops, one directly above your bedroom, and another in another building that gave great views of the Nile and the hotair balloons viewing the sunrise. It is also located on the West Bank of the Nile and so away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Host very communicative and offered his services as a driver to drive me to attractions / get food for a price.
Villa also has an adjoining restaurant that was closed for the time being.
Unfortunately the wifi was not operational during my stay and while that didn't cause me considerable problems, I am unable to communicate on the efficacy of the internet.

Отличный вариант по отличной цене. Это семейный бизнес, где каждый старался обеспечить гостям комфорт. Чувствовали себя лучше, чем дома.
В апартаменты для гостей ведёт отдельный вход, есть свой дворик для отдыха. Во дворике же находится мини-кухня с раковиной, холодильником и посудой. Плиткой не пользовались, так как рядом ресторан Baladi Garden, принадлежащий этой же семье. С площадки для завтраков был виден Нил.
Месторасположение понравилось. Спокойная и тихая деревня, вокруг много милых осликов. Местные жители очень приветливые и не пытаются что-то вам продать, что выгодно отличает эту деревню от самого Луксора. Рядом с домом банановые плантации, можно сделать много интересных фотографий. В общем, тишь да гладь. До парома идти минут 20-25.
Нам всё понравилось. Можно добавить мыло для рук в ванную комнату и на мини-кухню.
Для гостей: будьте внимательны, рассчитывайте свои силы на дорогу до парома и обратно пешком. Водители тук-туков делают вид, что не понимают, где находится гостевой дом, и пытаются содрать втридорога.

Ahmed and his family were very welcoming and were able to help me with whatever I needed. As a solo traveller, they made it easy for me to organise day trips and see everything I wanted to during my time in Luxor. I was very grateful for their hospitality!
Staying on the west bank was much more peaceful than the east, however it is a bit isolated from the main shopping areas if you want to go and explore by foot.

Leckeres abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, bequemes Bett in hübschen Häuschen mit wunderschönem Hof, sehr netter hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, sehr sehr gutes Essen im dazugehörigem Lokal, sehr gute Lage, ruhig und grün mit toller Aussicht von der Terrasse
