Large rooms. Loved the projector room. Two showers and two toilets good for a family. Clean. Great location and close to train station. Photos accurate. Good size for a family with 3 big bedrooms.

Location was great close to station and Korean town with many Korean restaurants. The walk to Shinjuku was ok although only in good weather.
There were only very small towels, which as New Zealanders were a bit unusual. Also no dishwasher detergent. Having both the bathrooms on the ground floor did mean a fair bit of going up and down stairs.
