The location was great. There was a light to bring us up the stairs with luggage. There was water and snacks in our room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.

The coffee machine in the lobby wasn’t working correctly. The coffee had to be paid for and it took my money without dispersing coffee and then gave me coffee which ran out of milk.

Ho pernottato in struttura 2 notti a settembre da sola. É STATO TUTTO PERFETTO, avevo richiesto il giorno dell’arrivo di anticipare il check-in e hanno fatto tutto il possibile per esaudire la mia richiesta. La struttura é nuovissima, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e con un’attenzione verso il cliente pazzesca. Una volta entrata in camera ho subito notato la pulizia, IMPECCABILE… é davvero raro trovare questo tipo di pulizia nelle strutture. Credetemi non c’era niente che non andasse, tutto perfetto. La gentilezza delle receptionist é davvero eccellente, pronte a qualsiasi richiesta anche tramite numero whatsapp con cui si può comunicare per qualsiasi bisogno. Io CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE di alloggiare in queste strutture!!! Ci rivedremo a dicembre, GRAZIE ! :)

The location was good, and although the single room was quite small, it honestly didn’t bother me. The room looked as in pictures, and the neighbourhood was very convenient for tourists. The staff were friendly and polite, and it was clear that they were doing their best to help. The hotel and rooms were very clean.

The room faced the inner courtyard, which meant there was no street noise. However, on 2 occasions, I was woken up at around 8.20 by conversations and cleaning noises right outside my door, including a vacuum cleaner. I mentioned the vacuum cleaner noise to reception after the first incident. The staff were very polite, apologised and assured me that they would discuss the matter with the cleaning team. Unfortunately, the same situation occurred again on another morning. I understand that cleaning needs to be done, but I believe it should be possible to carry out these tasks without unnecessarily disturbing guests who are still sleeping. For me, getting a good night’s sleep is an important part of a holiday. Unfortunately, the repeated early morning noise was a dealbreaker for me. If you are not particularly sensitive to noise, this hotel may still be a good option. Apart from this issue, the location, facilities and staff were all good. Another significant concern was the security of my personal data. I received a notification from Booking.com informing me that my booking information had been accessed by a third party via the hotel system, including sensitive information such as my credit card details. I subsequently received several scam messages containing details of my reservation. I had already informed the hotel about the issue before my arrival, but it appears that the breach was only identified or communicated several weeks later. The potential exposure of such sensitive personal and payment information is a serious matter for me. It affected my sense of security and trust in the hotel.
