Our room had its own entrance so you can come and go without disturbing anyone. Close to walking distance to historic downtown and to the river front.

Room was accommodating for one person, short stay. Very clean and just a few blocks to walk to the Square and sights. Host checked in. Quiet.
The bedroom studio is roomy, but the bathroom and kitchen are tight. No breakfast provided.And it is on a second floor with an outside back entry with two sets of stairs to access the suite. Not a bad thing but something to be aware of if elderly or have any mobility issues. Might suggest a sensor light for the back porch and when you are entering in the evening after sundown.

It was very well situated with walking distance to everything in the historic district. The place was nice and clean. There was a big outdoor terrace where you can hang out in between your sightseeing etc. The owners are great, very helpful and nice people. Will definitely stay there again next time we’re in St. Augustine

Very convenient to multiple locations. The owners are very nice and personable. Bed was very comfortable.
Shower didn’t drain well and no coffee.
