Dimora Cardinal Moroni

Fabulous location in the heart of Trastevere. Amazingly quiet for the hustle and bustle below. Elevator was fabulous, no lugging bags up endless stairs. Staff was very communicative. Clean and comfortable. Endless restaurant options within walking distance. Only had one night but a perfect alternative to airport hotels to enjoy a short time in Rome.

Nothing - All was great.

Location in Trastevere was wonderful - we walked out the front door and immediately had a selection of great bars and restaurants all around us. The apartment felt safe with multiple security doors to even get into the hotel lobby. The room felt clean and finishings/decor was just as pictured! Everything felt very safe and clean. The only thing we didn't like was that other reviews mentioned the wonderful breakfast, which was a deciding factor between two places for me and why I chose this one. Upon arriving I asked about the breakfast and was told they no longer do this, so I am mentioning it so anyone else who has seen reviews about breakfast knows that they do not do this anymore. One morning we woke up and there was no hot water, which was resolved same day. Air conditioning worked well the entire time. We had been to other hotels with better coffee and snack bar, so this was not impressive to us, but they do have a coffee machine if you need a quick coffee.

Convenient location and very clean.

We had trouble accessing communication with the facility. We had difficulty accessing the facility because of delayed communication. The facility did not have hot water on two different times .We had cold showers.

What a fantastic location, beautiful room and very clean and comfortable

Nothing it was perfect
