It is very close to the subway and bus line and about 15-25 minutes of walking to tourist sites. It is convenient and clean. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable. The property is located by Bar Monti (a cafe next door) with really nice staff, so it is easy for grabbing a quick bites.
Property staff is very nice to let us leave luggage before check in time.
The key lockbox was located a quarter block outside the building chained to a light pole and was on the ground behind some bushes.Prepare to bring your own body wash and shampoo/conditioner. The sofa bed is on the smaller side so could work for 2 small adults or 2 children- probably not really comfortable for 2 average size adults. You may need to wait for the hot water to be re-heated when take turn showering.

It’s really spacy and nice. Also, there is A/C in both bedroom and living room which is perfect for summer months.
It would be nice if the host would reply more often instead only on the day before the arrival.
