Matheus was very helpful, beginning to end. He allowed us to leave our bags before check-in and gave advice where we can store it before we left.
The check-in instructions where clear and easy. He also replied very quickly.
The room had everything we needed. Had access to microwave and fridge if needed.
Room was clean.
Location is very accessible and easy to find. Which says a lot for Venice.
We enjoyed our stay.
