The Charleston

The apartments are genuinely so beautifully done and luxury, like the speakers in the ceilings - amazing! The lights around the bed frames etc. it all gives it a luxury feel and comfort for staying away from home.

The only thing is around the makeup vanity area in the bigger bedroom, replace it with a larger mirror there is physical scratches on that area where previous clients have moved the mirror etc and causes scratching on the wall, I would also advise a darker carpet in that room, it currently has the gorgeous champagne colour but around the vanity area you can see where previous customers have stayed and done there makeup and the markings on the carpet. Or I would take that vanity out of there and create a space in the bottom corner of the living room for a vanity area as it’s not carpet flooring. There for any makeup spillages will not stain expensive carpets. (It wasn’t an issue for me tho) just an idea for you guys.

Room was cozy, modern, had ceiling speakers with Bluetooth. Good value on the night as it was a busy event but I would not have seen it as good value had the price been the same on a non event day.

Room did not look like the one in the picture, e.g. seemed smaller, smaller TV that was stuck in a corner, bathroom smelled of sewage constantly despite not having used it (however, it did seem clean). Some maintenance issues with damp patches on the wall that had been quickly painted over. Blinds were very dusty and there were 2 flies in the bathroom when we arrived.

Chloe was very prompt at communicating

There was no chair in the room and the mattress was soft on the sides and you felt like you were tipping out of bed when you rolled over Tea and coffee not topped up but there’s a fab coffee stall in the market opposite

So we first went 12 months ago and this time round the place looked tired and neglected
