We LOVE Summer Place & have stayed at Summer Place for over 18 years!!! We had to change condos this year as our person decided to use theirs for their family only so we rented another unit but needless to say it wasn't near as clean as the one we were use to... We will continue to stay at Summer Place but maybe try another unit next year.

Had a wonderful stay at Summer Place. Perfect water a less crowded area to stay. Unit was nice, flooring needed swept better, new mattress needed, just some updates. We would definitely go again!

Great location and property. Plenty of room for our family and loved that we had umbrellas and chairs that were included with the rental.

Barry was very responsive and helpful with a small issue we had. Rectified immediately. Could tell he really cared. Condo stocked very well with modern cookware Will definitely stay here again.

We spent a week in this condo and it was perfect for our family. View was absolutely beautiful. It was nice having beach set ups everyday. Convenient location to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

The process of renting this property was great. Unfortunately we had a few issues once inside. The freezer didn't seal all the way, so nothing stayed frozen.. the bed on the left in the double room made A TON of noise when moving around. The vacuum sweeper bag needed changed or the vacuum needed serviced, it had a horrible smell when ran. The location was great. The pools were amazing and the distance to the beach was unbeatable!

Summer place was super accomadating for my family. it was super clean and we all had plenty of space. loved the corner balcony. it was great. we even saw dolphins from it. loved our stay and it made our vacation super terrific.

This was our second time at this condo and it was great! The condo is walking distance to restaurants and the view from the balcony is fantastic! The umbrella service every day makes it so easy to wake up, grab a few items and head out the door. We will definitely be back to this condo!

Very nice property and condo. Beautiful view of the Emerald Coast- blue waters and white sand! Condo was as described in listing. We appreciated the 3 bedrooms for our family of 5, plenty of seating at dining table and living room area. Also appreciated the full size laundry in condo! We highly recommend and would love to return.

I wish that I could give this listing 2 separate reviews, one for the condo and the owner, and one for the cleaning company. Unfortunately I cannot and the cleaning company totally ruined it for me. I loved the location of this unit.The workout room was an awesome bonus. The heated pool and hot tub were very nice. The beach chairs and umbrellas were amazing. I liked the floorplan of the unit with kids. The listing specifically says it has "upscale furnishings." The couch is extremely uncomfortable and all of the drawers in the bedrooms are hard to open and beat up. It also specifically says there is a dead bolt lock on the front door for additional safety. There is not. The only lock on the door is in the handle and it is a keypad lock. So anyone who knows the code can come into your apartment at any time. There is no additional lock on the interior at all. Also no peephole in the door. The listing specifically says 'additional cleaning especially with high touch surfaces like light switches.' I highly disagree with this. ALL of the light switches were dusty and had fingerprints. Every corner of the floors had grime and muck. There was something splattered all over the fridge. And the master bath smelled like urine the entire time were there despite me buying cleaning supplies because none were provided and cleaning multiple times. There is black mold on the living room curtains. Honestly it was probably the dirtiest rental we have ever had and we have stayed at many. Another mom on the beach asked about the cleanliness of our rental and it sounds like all of the units have the same problem. So unfortunately for the owners, the cleaning company is ruining their units potential. When we first arrived the rental didn't smell clean at all. We purchased air fresheners and spray and it didn't seem to make a difference. It smelled like someone was frying fish every time we came home. We also discovered that the garbage disposal was packed full and hadn't been run by the previous tennents. The kitchen faucet sprayer handle is broken. The toaster handle is broken. The microwave handle is cracked. The oven took at least 30 minutes to preheat to 350 every time. There is no glass allowed at the pool or beach (rightfully so) but there were no plastic cups available in the kitchen to use, only glass. The throw blankets in the living room were a nice touch but given how dirty the rest of the unit was I highly doubt they were clean.

LR furniture uncomfortable, Mbath shower needs remodel, needs TLC. Maybe OK for stays less than a week. Not for Snowbirds! Backaches from uncomfortable furniture, Master shower garden tub too deep (knee high) no grab bars (safety concern)! Took a month to get faulty front door access replaced! Couldn’t leave condo if partner didn’t stay—couldn’t get back in otherwise. Had to replace 2 fire alarm batteries, reattach dryer exhaust vent & unclog Master Bath shower drain. Chipped paint off cabinets, doors & woodwork. Not even an electric can opener or slow cooker in kitchen. Nice direct view of Gulf—but couldn’t see sunrises or sunsets due to side angle of corner unit.
