Great location, decent size, clean room
No parking, just a bit run down in general

We were moved to Troysgate House because the heating had failed in the Parliment Inn. The first room we were checked into, the tv didn't work. We were moved across the hall to smaller room. The room was freezing cold. The water in the shower took forever to heat to luke warm. The breakfast was greasy.

Location is excellent.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Huge superking bed. Duvet and pillows are so luxurious.
Room was spacious.
Property is small and very intimate.
Fancy coffee machine in my room.
Wooden floors, although this was listed in the description and visible in the photos. Manager told me all the rooms were being carpeted soon.
Building looks plain from the outside.
