Ivan was a nice man and was able to get us in early to drop our bags into the room early , eventually .
You can’t directly contact Ivan on the booking.com app it’s though an overseas number . I had asked for an early check in and did not hear anything back from this number after leaving 2 messages . So something to be aware of .

Stunning views of the bay and a very comfortable apartment. Ivan is a fantastic host and extremely responsive. We particularly appreciated the fully equipped gym on the 5th floor.
