The hotel was very good, clean and comfortable.. All staff were very nice and really helpful. The room was excellent, the facilities super. Highly recommend the Balinese massage!
Breakfast was served at the cafe downstairs. This was fine but probably would have preferred an in-house buffet type breakfast.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit.
The highlight of our stay was the incredibly kind and attentive staff. A special thank you goes to Irfan Khan, who went above and beyond to help us when we were in a difficult situation—his hospitality and support made a world of difference!
The hotel is a bit too far from the city center to reach on foot, it is extremely easy to get around—you can reach all the main sights in just a few minutes by tuk-tuk.

Located in a quiet suburb burb of city with excellent cafe/restaurant attached (not part of hotel).
Fairly basic rooms, can’t be described as premier or executive but clean.
