Ambience, ease of access, assigned parking, the apartment.
Had a chipped plate on the shelf

The property is new, location is fantastic. Loved the rooftop facility, could view the downtown skyline including Parliament. The kitchen was stocked with plates, bowls, mugs, even a knife set for proper cooking. Our room had a spacious balcony too.
The thermostat was not working, stuck at 25deg no matter how much we lowered for cooling. As a result we slept real hot. This dampened our overall experience at the property.

Very nice apartment, spacious, and everything we needed. The shower was nice and hot. Simple instructions.
Parking was not ideal as someone had parked in our spot and although I messaged I didn't get a response. There was homeless around asking for money. The floors are very thin so we could hear every step from the apartment above.

Good size, great location, easy check-in. Very clean.
There was a strong cigarette type smell in the master bedroom which didn't go away after opening the window and made it impossible to use the room. It was very cold in the unit during our stay and we couldn't switch on the heat. Quite noisy in the unit next to the elevator.
