Loved the free laundry machine use, free luggage lockers, and breakfast! Our room was clean and the mattress was comfortable.
Single pane windows in our room…so it is very noisy at night; when sirens go by it’s like they are in the room with you. We use a wire noise machine and ear plugs and still woke up. But, we would still stay again.

The room was clean and kitchenette was fully furbished.
The TV is not connected to the internet, therefore we cannot use it.
7 / 10Buono·set 2026
Room size sufficient, kitchen was well equipped, bathroom had all the necessary items and the location was excellent. We liked our stay.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic due to renovations.

The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. Communication via email was excellent and timely. The room was a good size and the kitchen was more than expected. The bed was comfortable.
The rug in the room was nasty, worn, frayed and dingy. The bathroom was small and not as clean it should have been. The towels were thin. I could hear every word my neighbour said in the morning in the bathroom vent as I was taking a shower. It was super disconcerting. The pricing gouge for Nuit Blanche was not appreciated either.
