La chambre est confortable et on y trouve tout! On adore car on se sent comme chez nous! Cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons 2 a 3 fois par an. Jamais déçu!

La reception avait une ambiance plus chaleureuse avant les rénovations, la Loi du modernisme!!

Très belle chambre spacieuse, impeccable.

Il faut aller chercher la clé du garage à la réception pour pouvoir y accéder, malgré une personne qui répond à l'interphone et qui pourrait nous faire rentrer directement.

The suite, the breakfast, the staff and the location

This was our third stay at the BI, in a Signature Suite. We love the location, the beds, the space, the balconies, the easy access to towels and bath products and more. Staff is friendly and the place seems and feels safe and secure. We'll be back. One beef: I feel the gym, while very well-equipped for cardio workouts, comes up very short for weight trainers. There's just one bench and it's flat. No adjustment. The dumbbells are outdated. Some kind of multi-station machine thing would be great. For example a lat pulldown/cable row machine, a chest/shoulder press machine, a hamstring curl/leg extension machine etc. Maybe a few mats? Resistance training is proven to be effective for fitness, longevity, strength, flexibility and more. Please consider bringing some new/better equipment in!

The water pressure in the shower. We should have let the desk know right away but we let it go because it wasn't THAT big a deal.

1) Allowed for check in earlier than the normal check in time (4 pm). 2) Breakfast was good and had good variety.

1) WiFi was bad and very slow 2) Impossible to order taxi service 3) Beds were saggy and very uncomfortable

it was very close to the destination. room was clean and good but bot for what i paid.

staff and no parking is available. I was charged 30$ for the overnight parking and the entrance was asked to come from the back door.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was an extra towel for my long hair and that was a nice treat. The staff were wonderful.

There was only one elevator and the wait was long. I use a cane so I was unable to use the stairs. They are working on the elevators to update them so I am sure next time I stay they will have them fixed.
