It was fine. The beds were comfortable. The location is good and quiet.
When we arrived, there was no receptionist in sight and we had to wait at least 10 minutes for her to return. We were in a real hurry to get somewhere and there was nobody else in the hotel who could help. For this price one would expect a few more staff members. Also $30 for outdoor open access guest parking is ridiculously overpriced!

Nice living space comfortable bed nice towels
Our apartment was next to lift and we could hear it in the bedroom but earplugs sorted that

Convenient location, short walk to Elgin street with shops and restaurants, Parliament, ByWard Market, uOttawa. Spacious room (had bachelor king), proximity to City Hall provides alternative overnight parking option. Kitchen useful for simple breakfast or times when too tired to eat out.
Limited onsite parking, but cheap options available off site.

Great central location to lots of restos and bars
The cleanliness of the shower grout wasn't good and utensil drawer and dishes smelled and looked gross. The coffee wasn't good either. Upon first glance it was fine but then I started to notice it wasn't very clean. The sheets were new but they didn't wash the mattress cover from the previous guest. Not very clean.
