Clean, spacious, we had a very comfortable queen bed, full fridge with freezer compartment; staff were helpful, quiet and close to everything (for the Veteran's Run)
Pillows were awful

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean good value for money especially for the location.
Bar closed early, room was dated felt like I was in the early 90's. Lack of sockets for charging.

The location and everything Cartier Place offers. We have been coming to this hotel since 1988. The staff is always friendly, professional and very helpful. Thank you!
Everything was great, even the weather!

Great location within walking distance of everything.
Very dated, sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and one elevator not working. Parking charges are excessive, but you can park at City Hall one block away for 1/4 the amount. AC very loud.
