Deluxe Spaccanapoli

Everything about this property lived up to it,s name. It was like a 5 star hotel room. Big comfortable bed , plenty of space for hanging clothes. Cooler in room with free water replaced daily. Room cleaned daily. beautiful walk in shower with rainhead .Huge tv in room. The host Lucio left nothing out for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect right on the extremely busy and noisy Spaccanapoli street but once you closed the balcony doors it was soundproofed. Dining room with water coffee and teabags for guests use. Lucio was very helpful in giving us information about the area and also calling for taxi.

There was nothing to improve. If I ever go back to Naples this is the place I would stay again.

Location excellent, close to the buzz of Napoli. Easy to reach all areas of interest and good food. Lucio met us at midnight to check in, which was above and beyond any host. He was thoughtful and checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was ok. Loved that we didn't want for anything eg coffee, tea and cookies available; cleaning was superb, very well sound proofed room.

Nothing - we were very happy with our stay.

The location is perfect, the host is very welcoming and responsive, the hotel itself looks much better and modern than on photos, clean rooms and common area, will stay next time for sure

the bed is not very comfortable and ac is weak, gladly it was not very hot weather but in pick summer might be an issue

We had a wonderful stay and everything was perfect from start to finish. Lucio was absolutely incredible with us: extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. He took the time to explain everything, give us great recommendations and share useful tips to make the most of our stay, which we really appreciated. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable, and the service was impeccable. It was also very well equipped, with air conditioning, a TV with regular channels, Netflix and YouTube, which was a nice bonus and made the stay even more comfortable. The location is exceptional, especially if you want to explore the city, go out in the evening and enjoy your holiday without wasting time on transportation. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. I would recommend this place 100% and would definitely stay here again.
