APPARTAMENTO RINNOVATO A SOLI 100 MT DA PIAZZA DI SPAGNA!
Sofia è la casa accogliente ed elegante che stavi cercando, immersa nella storica Via delle Carrozze (dove visse anche Garibaldi!). La strada era in antichità una vera e propria rimessa per le carrozze dei Nobili. Situato in una posizione fantastica, dista 1 minuto dalla famosa Piazza di Spagna.
Sofia può ospitare fino a 8 persone ed è la scelta ideale per un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato nel Febbraio 2026. Un ambiente unico, impreziosito da capitelli antichi, un suggestivo soffitto con travi in legno e un nuovo pavimento. L'abitazione è composta da:
- Uno splendido salone con camino, divano, tavola da pranzo e una moderna cucina dotata di tutto il necessario.
- Due grandi camere matrimoniali con letti comodi per un riposo eccellente, entrambe con bagno en-suite. La prima stanza può ospitare fino a quattro persone grazie al divano letto.
- Un divano letto matrimoniale nel salotto, per 2 ospiti aggiuntivi.
- Due bagni in totale. Il bagno della seconda camera merita una menzione per la doccia in pietra che richiama l’atmosfera delle antiche Terme Romane.
L’appartamento si trova al secondo piano di un affascinante palazzo del centro storico romano. Per questo motivo, non dispone di ascensore.

Overall the experience was fantastic, we loved the location and the atmosphere of the flat. The only critique I have is that there was only one plugin that the hair dryer worked on and it was on the opposite side of the bed room from the bathroom mirror. But knowing that I would still stay here again.

Our whole experience was positive. Booking, check-in, and check-out was simple. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The only thing was that the shower door did not close so the floor would get wet, but a towel solved the problem. The air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled the space down quickly when we returned from a day out in the heat. The best part was the location. We were traveling with two young children so being somewhere centrally located made the stay even more incredible! There were so many dining options and shopping nearby; the area was lively but not overwhelming, and the beautiful Spanish Steps were a block away. If we have the opportunity to return to Rome, we will absolutely stay here again!

Family with 4 adults, stayed two nights. Perfect location literally steps away from the Spanish Steps, great dining and shopping. Loved this location, absolutely would stay here again. Well done!

The location is fantastic, just down the street from the Spanish steps. The communication with the host, Massimo was excellent. He was available via WhatsApp and very responsive. Just be aware that the apartment is very outdated, particularly the bathrooms. I mean, outdated, not cute rustic, just outdated rustic, and not functioning properly. Also, it’s basically a 3 story walk up. When you enter the front gate, you go up to flights upstairs to the first floor apartments and then another two flights of stairs to the second floor apartment. If you’re fit and able to handle those stairs with your suitcases, then no problem. I just thought it was important to make that clear.
