Rooms were excelent, stuff was great. Breakfest was decent. They gave us electric heater so our baby wouldn’t get cold in the night as. Heating was not working g yet.
Sauna did not work properly during the day temperature was 40/60 degrees good only in the evenings. Restoran food was decent but seemed little overpriced for the quality.

Stuff, clean
We came and everything was dark, there was no electricity for hours apparently, so had to cancel. Got full refund.
I'd expect generators that run on fuel for such situations

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Looks and decor were amazing. Food was too good. Loved the gnocci and Caprese salad with olive oil sorbet.
The swimming pool and spa was not working. They should mention it while booking. Also the TV had only youtube. The hotel network didn't allow to watch Netflix. You cannot connect your phone which is very basic and we found it in all small apartments even. So you expect that in such big hotel. After the shower the bathroom becomes wet as not fully closed.
