Great experience, very nice facilities and food is amazing. I even had a request I needed to do at the desk and they answered positively and above expectations.

The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing! The hotel is in a good spot, with restaurants nearby. The food in the hotel restaurant was good and fairly reasonable, and the drinks were tasty. Breakfast had a good selection. The pool/spa area was very relaxing. It was quiet when we visited and we had the area to ourselves. The hotel helped arrange a taxi to the trailhead, and organised a takeaway breakfast.
The hotel was a bit noisy and the sound of people moving on our floor/the floor above echoed. This was only an isdue as we had an early start the next day.

We had a great stay. The room was large, with comfortable beds. We also really enjoyed the spa and pool as well as a massage. The restaurant was delicious and the included breakfast was amazing, so many choices! Great views as well!

Beautiful property wonderful facilities amazing views
This was a treat for my wife’s birthday but some staff were a bit rude - they felt they were better than the guests - the women asks how is dinner we go tell her our reservations and she has already walked off - we just found her a bit rude - we asked another if we could have 1 scoop of ice cream and small amount of fruit salad instead of 3 scoops and a big bowl of- told no - what the hell - not a big ask …..
