Very near to Haram and very accessible via taxi near Lolo supermarket for convenience. The reception staff are the best
The shower floor was not clean and washing basin was not draining properly.

1. Location was good - a 5 minute walk from Masjid An Nabawi.
2. Breakfast was very nice, lots of options.
1. When I requested for my room to be cleaned it was not done properly at all (bed wasn’t made properly, dirty dishes left out). One of the hand towels was dirty when we first checked in to the room.
2. The receptionist barely spoke English and had to pass the phone to someone else when I was requesting for my room to be cleaned at a certain time.
3. Value for money was not good - way too expensive for a 2 star hotel.
